ROUND EGGPLANT ZUCCHINI STUFFED WITH RICE FOR BREAKFAST


For some 'time I had this beautiful addocchiato zucchini round, but there was never a good time to buy ... But the other day I saw them and they are not able to resist ... running on the internet I saw that you can fill in a thousand ways ... I watched what I had in the pantry was almost empty and as I've done in the simplest way possible!


Ingredients:

for 2 people.

round courgettes 140 grams of rice
cherry tomatoes 1
slices

1 cube of pesto oil, garlic, red pepper, salt


Cut the ends of the zucchini to form a kind of hat.

Cook the zucchini steamed for about 20 minutes, in the meantime, boil a pot of water and cook al dente rice.

Meanwhile sauté oil, garlic and chilli in a frying pan. Add some cherry tomatoes and a pesto cube (... I had no basil).

Remove the pulp from the zucchini, cut into small pieces and brown in pan with other ingredients, adding a little salt.

Drain the rice and pass it for a few minutes in a pan, add some pieces of zucchini slices and fill the previously empty.



Put in oven at 200 degrees for 15-20 minutes.

This brioche I found Blog Kitchen & Gianduia , when I saw the photo I'm in love! It 'been a success, morbidissa and tasty, like the Germans krafen. Next time I will try to fill the balls with the cream!



INGREDIENTS:

lievitino :
100 grams of flour
14 grams of yeast
55 grams of milk

Mix quickly into a bowl and let rise until doubled (about 1 hour) .

FIRST

after 1 hour

DOUGH :
300 grams of flour
135 grams of water

2 egg yolks 1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
zest of one lemon
65 g of butter at room temperature (the mixture)
35 g melted butter (to grease balls)

In lievitino a bowl dissolve with water.


Put the mixture into the camera and add the egg yolks, sugar, melted butter, lemon zest.


Add the flour, make a little hole near lever mixer and put the salt.
Start the kneading and baking powder.

Turn on the table, working briefly and very quickly, then form the balls. For each ball: crush to form a disk, put a teaspoon of jam, close the ball and give back the form.


Dip balls in melted butter and arrange in a round baking pan about 28 cm, and cover to rise for another 25-30 minutes.


Bake in oven at 200 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove from the oven and ...

TIRAMISU 'coconut and strawberry rolls for hamburgers



Ingredients:
400 g ladyfingers
500 ml of whipping cream
250 grams of white light yogurt
100 gr grated coconut
300 grams of strawberries

165 ml coconut milk (one can)
150 ml milk 2 tablespoons sugar


Procedure:

Whip the cream, when it will be pretty thick add the plain yogurt and 100 grams of grated coconut, mix the cream gently. Prepare the bathroom for the biscuits in a bowl mix the coconut milk, milk and sugar. Dip the sponge in the bath on both sides by moving fast enough (otherwise you soak the biscuits too) and place in a baking dish the first layer of ladyfingers. I finally decided to create a blog of my own kitchen!

Since I'm married (8/26/2007) I started to get interested in cooking and at once I realized what I like and how relaxing! Often there are times when I experience a lot and instead of periods in which my creativity is cleared! Lately I'm on diet so do not cook more sweet and delicious, but sometimes I allow myself some whim. A few weeks ago I purchased the bread machine and then I fell in love with this wonderful tool and I enjoy using it! I inmente a bit 'of recipes to do and try and let me share with you in this blog my culinary experiments!

To wish Happy Easter to all start posting the recipe I used to make the dove.

Easter dove
recipe for two doves from 500 grams


Manitoba
500 grams of flour 100 g sugar 100 g soft butter


130 gr water 20 gr yeast

5 grams of salt 2 eggs yolk +1
a phial of orange aroma
100 grams of raisins

For the Frosting: 100 g

almond flour 100 g icing sugar 1 egg


PREPARATION: Put all ingredients
the camera in this order: eggs, water, orange flavoring, butter, salt, flour. Make a hole at the center of the flour and add the crumbled yeast and sugar all around. Start the program mixes.
