Today we present the festival debut of a group that not many attendance records (four) on the stage of the Ariston, with mediocre fortunes: the Stadium. Two last places, a fifth and a thirteenth place. But as we all know, Sanremo placings worth less than a baccalaureate. Curreri & Co. represent a group that has marked the Italian music scene since 1977 until today, with several changes in the training over the years. Currently, the original group are only Gaetano Curreri and Giovanni Pezzoli (drums), to which were added later Andrea Fornili (guitar) and Roberto Drovandi (bass). Veterans from the success of
"Acqua e Sapone" , their debut at the Festival took place in 1984, and was "celebrated" by a last place, which became, later, in a stroke of luck.
" Where you go, making love where you go ... " is the refrain of the song in question, "At this stage " , we all sang or just listen. The song was written by Curreri and Luca Carboni and was part of "The face of women . The combination of the two artists also continued Emilia Festival of 1986 with "Songs on the radio " which, as in the previous participation, he finished in last place.
